About The Position

Facility Housekeepers help keep U-Haul facilities clean and inviting. The role involves cleaning storage units and shared areas, disposing of trash, and maintaining cleaning supply inventory. The work may involve moderate risks or discomforts, including moving machinery, fumes, or irritant chemicals, and may require protective gear. Physical demands include remaining stationary for extended periods, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
Dispose of trash.
Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory and request supplies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
