Facility Housekeeper
About The Position
Facility Housekeepers help provide U-Haul’s exceptional service by keeping the facility clean and inviting. The role involves cleaning storage units and common areas, disposing of trash, and maintaining cleaning-supply inventory. The work environment may involve moderate risks or discomforts, such as moving parts, fumes, or irritant chemicals, and may require protective clothing or gear. The position requires physical exertion, including remaining stationary for extended periods, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship. U-Haul states that it will not hire or re-hire nicotine users in specified states, including South Carolina. Requirements
- Organization skills.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
- Dispose of trash.
- Maintain and track cleaning-supply inventory and request supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
