Requirements

• Four years of professional or technical budgeting, accounting, purchasing/procurement, disbursement and expenditures, collections or cost reporting experience; and a bachelor's degree in business administration, business education or a related field which included at least fifteen credit hours in accounting; or An equivalent combination of experience and training which included at least fifteen college level credit hours in accounting.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.
• Satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting, purchasing, and storeroom functions to support timely and accurate financial operations
• Analyze financial trends and prepare projections to guide spending and resource allocation
• Compile fiscal reports and reimbursement documents to ensure compliance and maximize funding
• Review purchase orders and audit procurement documents to verify accuracy and fund availability
• Monitor and reconcile accounts for special funds to ensure proper accounting and adherence to standards
• Develop and review general ledger reports to track expenditures and support informed decision making
