The Facility Coordinator supports the day-to-day condition, cleanliness, and operational readiness of community facilities and amenities through routine observation, documentation, coordination, and reporting. The role is administrative and coordinative in nature and is responsible for identifying and escalating facility-related concerns to the appropriate authorized parties in accordance with Board-approved direction, contractual requirements, and Inframark policies and procedures. Important Duty Limitation (Risk Management): This position performs routine visual observations and reporting only. This role does not provide professional safety inspections, engineering evaluations, code compliance determinations, emergency response services, or guarantees of safety or continuous monitoring of any facility or amenity.
