About The Position

The Facility CEO is the highest-ranking executive responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the facility. This role demands visionary leadership to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The CEO will cultivate a strong organizational culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and collaboration across all departments. They will serve as the primary liaison between the board of directors, stakeholders, and the facility’s management team to align goals and execute long-term plans. Ultimately, the Facility CEO ensures the facility’s sustainability, reputation, and success in a competitive environment through effective decision-making and resource management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in facility management or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the facility’s mission and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, regulatory bodies, and the community.
  • Drive organizational development by mentoring senior management and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Represent the facility at industry events, conferences, and public engagements to enhance its profile.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
