About The Position

Sylvamo’s Global Sourcing Associate Program is an entry-level procurement operations program that introduces associates to the company’s procurement strategy and purchasing processes, from corporate category sourcing through implementation and ongoing support at manufacturing locations. Under the guidance of managers and team members, they perform purchasing- and storeroom-related assignments and receive training in purchase order creation and management, competitive bidding, negotiation, contract development, data analysis, materials management, and inventory optimization.
