About The Position
This position is a bond funded position, and the length of the assignment is dependent on funding availability. The Facilities Technician (Bond Projects) performs a full range of complex duties to support in the oversight and coordination of all aspects of all sizes of school construction projects and capital improvement projects. In addition, will serve as an assistant advisor, subject matter expert and resource to project staff to resolve technical or operational projects.
Requirements
- Three years of school construction, maintenance and operations and /or facilities project management experience, preferably in educational sector.
- High School Diploma or GED or combination of vocational education/training, certificates, and/or work experience of at least 3 years in construction project management and or school based maintenance and operations.
- Proof of completed education (awarded high School diploma, or GED, or conferred college degree)
- Updated Resume
- Letter of Introduction (Cover Letter)
- Three (3) letters of recommendation, one must be from current or former supervisor
