About The Position

This position will work with the VP of Facility/Operation Services and Facility Superintendent; planning, coordinating and implementing new market expansion properties, facility space modifications/remodels for all locations. Work with contractors/vendors regarding construction initiatives in new or existing markets, space modifications, and furniture changes.

Requirements

  • The employee must occasionally reach above or below normal body position, stoop or bend, and carry, lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds.
  • A normal range of hearing, vision, and speech are required to effectively work with co-employees and members.
  • Follows regulatory and policy compliance requirements, which include those efforts in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Identity Theft Red Flags and other compliance related Policies.
  • This position also requires maintaining confidentiality with regard to non-public information about our members and the Credit Union.

Responsibilities

  • Participate when needed with project teams as a consultant.
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC automated system controls.
  • Program and setup schedules for operation.
  • Monitor and maintain access control system for all locations.
  • Setup user profiles, door and holiday schedules, and provide history reports as requested.
  • Maintain, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and members.
  • Be on-call 24 hours a day.
  • Back up office staff.
  • Prepare and clean up meeting rooms and assist with special activity projects including event trailer prep and service.
  • Monitor and maintain video security.
  • Camera placement, connectivity, video archive for staff and law enforcement, includes using facial recognition tool and tag identification cameras.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
