About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Facilities Production Engineer, Power to join their Data Center Operations Team. This role involves building the software and analytics layer over the power chain, from utility to busway, and integrating EPMS data into decision-making. The engineer will model power capacity and consumption per site to provide real-time headroom information for operations. A key responsibility is to build detection systems for power anomalies, imbalance, harmonics, and drift before they cause load trips, and to automate power event analysis for faster post-event reviews. Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, operating at the scale of a nation and building sites in pieces while keeping live ones running.

  • Understand electrical distribution well enough to sanity-check your own analytics.
  • Built monitoring that caught a real event early, and it mattered.
  • Write production code, not just notebooks.

Nice To Haves
