•$102,300 - $209,500•Onsite

About The Position

The Facilities Operations Manager – Mechanical leads the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data centers. Reporting to the Senior Critical Facilities Manager, the role owns mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure. It focuses on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority. The manager oversees systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, protecting uptime and ensuring work is performed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This is an onsite role in Shackelford, Texas, with no remote option; relocation assistance is available. It supports 24/7 operations and requires regular attendance, schedule flexibility, and response readiness. The position supports the Site Operations Director through status reporting, risk visibility, staffing readiness, and operational improvement initiatives. Oracle describes opportunities for internal mobility, role-based technical training, and professional development in cloud infrastructure and facilities operations. The listed U.S. hiring range is $102,300 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity eligibility.
