WHOOP is hiring a Facilities Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Boston headquarters. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace environment that reflects WHOOP’s culture. As a member of the Facilities team, you will partner closely with the Workplace Experience team to deliver a seamless, high-quality in-office experience while supporting the operational needs of a growing organization.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in facilities, office operations, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with follow-through until completion
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
  • Available to work outside of core business hours when needed
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

Responsibilities

  • Support daily facilities operations, including managing incoming maintenance requests and assisting with ticket triage to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with procurement and coordination of external vendors to maintain office functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Assist with arrangement of office furniture setups, internal and external event set-up, and meeting logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and support preventative upkeep efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address workplace needs and improve overall employee experience
  • Help maintain organized systems, documentation, and reporting related to facilities operations
