About The Position

The Facilities Planner III supports the execution and governance of facility operations activities across a client portfolio. The role helps ensure that operational records, maintenance data, performance reporting, and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned with account requirements, Buyer objectives, critical performance indicators (CPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs). This is an account-level operations support position focused on portfolio consistency, information quality, performance visibility, and continuous improvement. The role works with account leadership, Critical Facilities Managers, site teams, and support functions to identify gaps, standardize processes, track commitments, and improve the effectiveness of facility operations. The position does not perform site-level work assignment, technician dispatch, or development of the detailed maintenance schedule. JOB OBJECTIVE Enable reliable and consistent facility operations by providing account-level planning, coordination, data stewardship, and performance support. The Facilities Planner III/Analyst helps translate operational requirements into effective processes, accurate records, actionable reporting, and improvement plans that support safe execution, asset reliability, contract compliance, and achievement of CPI and SLA commitments.

Requirements

Experience in facility operations support.
Understanding of operational records, maintenance data, and performance reporting.
Knowledge of critical performance indicators (CPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Ability to work with account leadership, Critical Facilities Managers, site teams, and support functions.
Skills in identifying gaps, standardizing processes, and tracking commitments.
Ability to translate operational requirements into effective processes and accurate records.
Experience in developing actionable reporting and improvement plans.
