The Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), managed and operated by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, is a premier advanced manufacturing facility that supports the safety, security, reliability and effectiveness of our nation's nuclear deterrent. This role performs and coordinates complex maintenance activities related to maintenance projects, evaluations and upgrades of technical utility systems and related industrial infrastructure to meet Honeywell, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), or regulatory agencies requirements, applying advanced querying, data mining and engineering technologies.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel as determined by the needs of the business.
  • Must have at least 2 YOE
  • Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)

Responsibilities

  • Performs task and maintenance management on technical projects and assignments.
  • Performs data mining using advanced query procedures to manage maintenance labor and resources, effectively and efficiently.
  • Reviews project drawings and specifications for maintenance reliability and compatibility with plant structures and utility systems.
  • Drafts policy, procedure and process improvement proposals related to maintenance and equipment reliability issues.
  • Identifies and implements modifications/ improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency for both maintenance and utilities systems.
  • Prepares status reports to assist maintenance management in the management of labor and resources.
  • Manages the predictive maintenance software, hardware, & support contracts for vibration, ultrasound, and infrared in support of maintenance and production equipment and product.
  • Develops and implements plans to load level labor and resources for all system generated work and development of routes to efficiently and effectively complete maintenance task.
