Benesch is seeking a Facilities Manager for its Cleveland office. This hybrid position offers work from home flexibility and involves overseeing facilities and ensuring smooth operations for internal clientele across multiple sites. The Facilities Manager will work closely with local Office Administrators to maintain facilities at top capacity and partner with the Director of Facilities to execute matters efficiently. This role is responsible for the appearance, maintenance, and functionality of physical facilities and related assets across a multi-office AmLaw 200 law firm. The position requires a hands-on, service-oriented approach, strong vendor and project management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple locations.
