The Americas Facilities Manager is a key member of the Real Estate & Facilities team, reporting to the Real Estate & Facilities Functional Lead. This role is responsible for leading facilities and workplace operations for the New York office while driving regional alignment and operational consistency across the Americas portfolio, which includes offices in both North and South America continents. Operating within an outsourced service delivery model, the role provides leadership across supplier management, workplace operations, and project execution. The position plays an important role in shaping service delivery standards, enhancing the employee workplace experience, and supporting the execution of the broader Real Estate & Facilities strategy across the region. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to grow into a Senior Manager position, with increasing ownership of regional strategy, supplier performance optimization, and portfolio-wide initiatives.
