Facilities Management Director
About The Position
A well-established healthcare facility in the St. Louis, Missouri area is seeking a full-time, permanent Facilities Management Director. This direct-hire role is based in an inpatient hospital setting and pays $77,000–$120,000 per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Director ensures that the hospital and satellite clinics comply with Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements, and oversees the development of safety meetings. The role also coordinates preventative maintenance programs and establishes relationships with equipment manufacturers for systems including chillers, steam boilers, hydraulics, building controls, electrical systems, and air handlers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of facility equipment experience in hospital or healthcare maintenance.
- At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
Nice To Haves
- CHFM certification and/or a bachelor's degree.
