Facilities Management Director
About The Position
A well-established healthcare facility in the St. Louis, Missouri area is hiring a full-time, permanent Facilities Management Director for an inpatient hospital setting. The director will ensure the hospital and satellite clinics adhere to Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements and oversee the development of safety meetings. The role also coordinates preventative maintenance programs and establishes equipment manufacturer relationships for systems including chillers, steam boilers, hydraulics, building controls, electrical systems, and air handlers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position is a full-time, direct-hire role with an annual pay range of $77,000 to $120,000.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of facility equipment experience in hospital or healthcare maintenance.
- At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
Nice To Haves
- CHFM certification and/or a bachelor’s degree.
