As a member of CIBC’s Facilities Management Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced back-office operational environment where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. As a Facilities Management Administrator, you’ll provide daily administration functions to the Facilities Management team supporting the CIBC Square campus; oversee, administer, and provide input to documented procedures and processes for the Facilities Management team, ensuring attention to detail and raising opportunities for process efficiencies; And provide business partner support in relation to managing the day-to-day operations of the Ecosystems at CIBC Square, managing issues related to premises, and activities related to occupancy and onboarding/offboarding. You’ll make sure client satisfaction and productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met or exceeded by following well-defined procedures and guidelines and escalating issues as appropriate.
