Requirements

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation to enhance team productivity and information sharing. - Basic
  • Experience in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. - Basic
  • Understanding of the processes involved in creating invoices and managing credit memos to ensure accurate financial transactions and records - Basic.
  • Efficiently managing the collection and review of incoming mail to ensure timely and accurate processing. - Basic
  • Microsoft office tools preferred

  • Overseeing the organization and maintenance of contracts and insurance certificates to ensure compliance and accessibility. - Basic

Responsibilities

  • Invoice review and processing
  • Managing contracts and insurance certificates
  • Maintaining SharePoint and updating contact lists
  • Handling mail pickup and review
  • Managing office supply inventory and ordering via internal processes
  • Signing in contractors through the visitor system
  • Providing backup support for facilities and taking on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Performing filing duties
  • Conducting occasional light lifting
  • Ensuring smooth operation of administrative tasks
