About The Position
Ensure buildings are safe and functional by performing maintenance tasks like carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and groundskeeping. You address minor maintenance issues promptly, conduct carpentry repairs and painting, and maintain the grounds to high standards. In the winter, you handle snow removal duties to keep our residents safe. Crystal Springs is a residential facility for individuals with disabilities. Requirements
- A minimum of one year of facilities experience
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and respectfully
- Flexibility to work varied hours to meet the needs of the department
- Physical ability to carry, lift (30 pounds), stand, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
- Pass a background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
