The Junior Facilities Stager is a highly organized and motivated individual responsible for assisting with the staging of new facilities and the upkeep and maintenance of existing facilities. This role involves collaborating with leadership, making independent financial decisions for projects, and managing third-party vendors. The position ensures compliance with quality assurance audits, analyzes vendor performance, and oversees the assembly, disassembly, and transportation of non-medical equipment and furniture. Additionally, the role involves supervising maintenance and operational best practices for buildings, grounds, and operating systems, understanding regulatory guidelines like OSHA, and managing building management systems (HVAC, lighting control, plumbing, and security). Compliance with company policies and reporting violations are also key aspects of this role.
