About The Position

This role is responsible for various maintenance tasks within the facility, including framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, welding, ceiling, door, window, flooring, and concrete repair. The technician will also be involved in painting, pressure washing, filter replacement, and assisting with monthly rebuilds. Safety procedures and inventory management are key aspects of the job.

Requirements

Dedicated employee with positive attitude
Previous experience reading diagrams and blueprints
Able to follow directions
Able to handle responsibility and complete tasks
Knowledge of how to use a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift
Excellent time management skills
Proficient Painter

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with electrical wiring is a plus
Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus
Fabrication, carpentry, and plumbing skills are a plus
Previous plumbing servicing is a plus
Previous HVAC experience is a plus
Self-starter, driven, and motivated to want to learn and do more

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and LOTO procedures
Check parts of inventory using MP2
Perform special projects as requested
Framing and drywall
Advanced Electrical - Use multimeters to test for correct voltage, amp draw or continuity
Advanced Plumbing - Use threader to cut and thread pipe for compressed air lines
Beginner level welding projects
Drop ceiling installation and repair
Door and window installation and repair
Flooring installation and repair
Concrete patch and repair
Painting and pressure washing
Replacing air and water filters
Assist with Cathode shop Monthly rebuild
