Terravita Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Staff! Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or coworkers, and the manuals for the equipment associates may use are in English).

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
