About The Position
Kohler Co. is looking for a dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associate in Kohler, Wisconsin. This is a great seasonal opportunity for college students and high school grads entering college in the fall to earn a great wage to help pay for their education. We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of assignments across multiple trades, including concrete, conventional masonry, refractory masonry, rough and finish carpentry, painting, glazing, and roofing. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. The position often requires weekend work and/or mandatory overtime. Available opportunity will be on 1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday. This position will be available starting May 2026.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age on or before start date in 2026
- Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and work performance
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
- Perform basic masonry tasks, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone.
- Execute painting projects, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
- Carry out roofing assignments, including installation and repair.
- Complete carpentry tasks, both rough and finish, to meet project specifications.
- Apply glazing techniques for windows and other glass installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
