About The Position

Seeking a reliable, self-motivated, proactive, and skilled individual with proven experience in the maintenance field or other similar position, preferably in a business setting. The candidate will be responsible for handling our fleet of vehicles (keeping the fleet clean, performing minor tasks on the fleet and taking the fleet to various vendors for mechanical work). Will perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facilities. Responsibilities include a wide variety of tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep to ensure our facilities are both tidy and functional. Should have experience working with both hand and electrical tools with the ability to read and utilize manuals and drawings. Some basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred. Must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. Will perform necessary upkeep tasks along with maintaining grounds, touch-up painting, and replacing light bulbs. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Requirements

• Proven experience in the maintenance field or other similar position, preferably in a business setting.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
