About The Position

The Nutrition Group is a full-service food and facilities management company founded in 1975, with services including K-12 meal services, commissary, custodial and maintenance management, business and industry, and consulting. The company emphasizes long-term relationships with clients, customers, employees, and vendors. The Facilities Maintenance Manager provides leadership and supervision for custodial and/or maintenance staff. The role includes staffing analysis, obtaining bid specifications from vendors, ordering supplies and equipment, promoting safety awareness and training, and communicating daily with school directors and/or administrators.
Requirements
- Facilities management experience.
- Building and grounds experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise custodial and/or maintenance staff.
- Conduct staffing analysis.
- Secure bid specifications from vendors.
- Order supplies and equipment.
