About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Associate supports safe, efficient facility operations through upkeep, repairs, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Ability to use tools
- Ability to read manuals
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong time management skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds and floors
- Operate a forklift
- Perform basic building repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Follow safety standards
- Complete work orders
- Assist vendors as needed
