Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management, office administration, or mailroom operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail and packages.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, including office maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Support space planning, office moves, workstation assignments, and layout adjustments.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Assist with health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Manage receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including courier and shipping services.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and shipments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with postal regulations.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Support inventory management of mailing supplies (envelopes, labels, and postage).
- Provide customer service to employees regarding facilities and mailroom inquiries.
