2027 Summer Internship Program - Facilities Intern
About The Position
The Facilities Intern will assist with administrative assignments and efficiency initiatives while expanding the Facilities team's knowledge of various technology applications. This is a paid summer internship with onsite work required according to the schedule set by management. Summer housing is not provided. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Employment is contingent on satisfactory background screening, which may include fingerprinting, education and employment verification, criminal and credit history checks, and reference checks. Requirements
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Comfort working across time zones to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI programs.
- Familiarity with report-writing software and tools such as Power BI.
- Preferred major in Building or Building Management.
