Requirements

Good time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems.
Work independently.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirator in an industrial / refinery setting.
Industrial and/or Maintenance work experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery and pipeline distribution systems.
Repairing Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Reciprocal Compressors and Mechanical Seals.
Familiar with Mechanical Seal piping plans.
Operate conventional lathe and milling machines.
Perform PM’s and equipment inspections, recording and reporting observations.
Maintain Spare parts inventory and submit order requests as needed to maintain minimum stock levels.
Record repairs and maintenance performed.
Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using testing devices.
Adhere to all corporate policies and standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
