Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician
About The Position
We are seeking a proactive and skilled contractor to complete facilities and grounds maintenance and ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of the company’s facilities. The role is responsible for the general maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of the company facility and surrounding grounds. Duties may include lawn and grounds maintenance, routine air filter changes, minor repairs, general facility upkeep, and assisting with other maintenance needs as they arise. The position requires someone dependable and hands-on who can identify and address general maintenance needs throughout the facility.
