About The Position
The Grounds Maintenance Technician performs regular grounds and landscape maintenance and assists with equipment loading and unloading, plumbing repairs, stuck-truck removal, snow plowing, mowing, equipment maintenance, and operation of small equipment. The role supports farm grounds and road maintenance, lagoon repairs, and seasonal property upkeep.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- A valid medical card.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grading and road maintenance for all farms.
- Assist with lagoon repairs.
- Help pull stuck feed and animal-haul trucks during storms.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months.
- Assist with plumbing repairs.
- Mow and weed eat during summer months.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment, equipment maintenance, and operation of small equipment.
