Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the 3 clubs in the Pennsylvania Market (West Chester, Eagleview, Main Line) as well as the surrounding property, ensuring that legal requirements and health and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. The Facilities Director will be responsible for hiring and training team members, developing adequate staffing plans and team schedules, and monitoring team member productivity. They will also foster a team culture centered on achieving goals with a high level of customer service, conduct performance evaluations, and keep team and members informed of events and activities. The position involves supporting and handling member issues, creating and supporting special events, and collaborating with department managers to troubleshoot club-related issues. A key responsibility is creating and executing a preventative maintenance schedule for the facility, including HVAC equipment, lighting, drainage, pool pumps, exercise equipment, groundskeeping, and painting. The role also involves purchasing supplies, operating within budget guidelines, and striving to decrease operational costs by pricing out multiple vendors and contractors. Prompt response to repair and maintenance requests, prioritization of requirements, and advance notification to team and members about facility closures are also essential.
