About The Position

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of company facilities. This role ensures the workplace remains functional, safe, and efficient by coordinating vendors, managing service requests, and maintaining building systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or manufacturing support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
  • Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming space for others
  • Understands the importance of sanitation in a food production setting
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Able to follow procedures and safety guidelines consistently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • OSHA or safety training certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and other common areas on a regular schedule
  • Ensure all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.)
  • Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface disinfection
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities team
  • Assist with periodic deep cleaning and sanitation projects
  • Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Support waste management and recycling initiatives in alignment with sustainability goals
  • Respond promptly to spills, hazards, or urgent cleaning needs
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a clean and organized workplace
