Acts as the primary point of contact for facility operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient building performance while coordinating maintenance, vendors, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities or maintenance coordination
  • Knowledge of building systems and safety standards
  • Strong vendor management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Client service, operational execution, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility operations and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety)
  • Manage work orders and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Source and manage vendors; verify compliance and performance
  • Respond to facility emergencies and support 24/7 coverage as needed
  • Maintain records, reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage inventory and procurement of supplies
  • Coordinate with property management and parking vendors
