Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to manage P-Card spend, monitor budgeted vs. ad-hoc spending, and track/upload receipts.
  • Experience with inventory management and conducting audits.
  • Skills in coordinating with outside vendors and managing on-site repairs.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining tickets for requests.
  • Ability to manage Micro-Kitchen (MK) operations.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving oversight.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with facilities management.
  • Experience with DoorDash for Business or similar catering coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and thorough weekly inspections to identify and flag repairs or equipment malfunctions.
  • Serve as the site Point of Contact (POC) for outside vendors and coordinate on-site repairs or maintenance.
  • Manage general cleaning, coordinate trash pickups, and oversee new furniture installations.
  • Complete required monthly safety training.
  • Manage Micro-Kitchen (MK) operations, including stocking food and drinks and performing follow-up stocking.
  • Coordinate badge access, including assigning temporary badges and issuing permanent ones.
  • Manage P-Card spending, monitor budgeted vs. ad-hoc spending, and track/upload receipts.
  • Participate in weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the AFM, site-lead communication calls, and daily stand-up calls with the team.
  • Manage DoorDash memberships and receive site-delivered meals.
  • Create and maintain tickets for all REWS and facility requests using GUTS Ticketing.
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols, manage all aspects of inventory, and resolve work-flow problems.
  • Conduct full monthly inventory counts and bi-weekly counts for limited-stock items.
  • Manage shipments based on max/min stock levels to ensure inventory upkeep.
  • Lead the weekly site warehouse meeting.
