About The Position

This Part-time warehouse support Facilities Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and facilities. The role involves conducting inspections, managing vendors, overseeing general upkeep, ensuring compliance, managing micro-kitchen supplies, coordinating access control, handling financial administration, participating in communication and meetings, coordinating catering, managing CMMS ticketing, and overseeing warehouse inventory and shipping/receiving. Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience with inventory governance and audits.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving oversight.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate repairs.
  • Proficiency in financial administration, including P-Card management and receipt tracking.
  • Experience with CMMS ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a warehouse support role.
  • Familiarity with DoorDash for business or similar catering coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily walkthroughs and thorough weekly inspections to flag repairs or equipment malfunctions.
  • Acting as the site Point of Contact (POC) for outside vendors and coordinating on-site repairs or maintenance.
  • Managing general cleaning, coordinating trash pickups, and overseeing new furniture installs.
  • Completing required safety training.
  • Stocking food and drinks in the micro-kitchen, conducting a full "push" on the first workday of the week, and performing follow-up stocking as needed.
  • Coordinating badge access, including assigning temporary badges and issuing permanent ones.
  • Managing P-Card spend, monitoring budgeted vs. ad-hoc spending, and tracking/uploading receipts.
  • Participating in weekly 1-on-1s with the AFM, site-lead communication calls, and daily stand-up calls with the team.
  • Managing DoorDash memberships (adding/removing users) and receiving site-delivered meals.
  • Creating and maintaining tickets in CMMS for all REWS and facility requests.
  • Establishing warehouse practices and protocols, managing all aspects of inventory, and resolving work-flow problems.
  • Conducting full monthly inventory counts and bi-weekly counts for limited-stock items.
  • Managing shipments based on max/min stock levels to ensure inventory upkeep.
  • Leading the weekly site warehouse meeting.
