About The Position

This role supports the Facilities and Engineering (FE) team, which includes Automation, Engineering, Maintenance, Metrology, and Validation. Its primary responsibility is administering the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including establishing workflows to build the asset database efficiently and accurately and continuously improving and maintaining that database. The role also procures and organizes maintenance parts and periodically produces department metrics. It is closely integrated with the maintenance team’s daily functions and requires excellent teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience, or a B.S. degree in a Life Sciences or Industrial Manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of GMP and good documentation practices.
• Experience with change control management in a GxP environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong CMMS knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial manufacturing experience in a GxP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Blue Mountain CMMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and create asset profiles, schedules, and work instructions with input from the FE team and other subject matter experts.
• Create bills of materials in the CMMS and organize spare parts with input from the maintenance team and other subject matter experts.
• Fulfill and stage parts for predefined preventative maintenance or on-demand work orders for Facilities and Engineering technicians.
• Run queries and reports to produce performance metrics for the maintenance team.
• Maintain the CMMS inventory management system and program, including the storage, organization, disposition, and reconciliation of materials both physically and within the CMMS.
