About The Position
TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian to support a corporate customer in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. The role supports general facility operations by providing dependable, on-site cleaning services to a high standard and working with site-based personnel. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Candidates need reliable transportation to the work location and must pass background checks and drug screening. U.S. citizenship is required due to the position’s security requirements. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
- Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Dust and clean hard surfaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including stairs, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and vacuum carpets.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and place trash in the dumpster.
- Wipe down doors and clean glass when applicable.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning and special projects.
- Restock supplies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
