About The Position
The Live! Facilities Attendant is accountable for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino facilities, property, and equipment. This role is responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino property, including knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Tasks include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property, as well as scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment. The position ensures the safety and security of all guests and team members through proper maintenance and repair of the Live! Casino facility. Responsibilities also include maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts. The attendant will operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to a maintenance shop, including chemicals and safety equipment. A pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude is essential, along with complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guests. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions.
- Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; pay attention to the needs of team members and guests at all times.
- Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) plus years’ experience in maintenance in a commercial facility.
- Valid driver’s license may be necessary.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
Nice To Haves
- Some technical school training and certification is preferred

- Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. Chemicals used in maintenance. Ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guest.
- Other duties as assigned.
