About The Position

Apprentices will train under the guidance of a qualified mechanic, who will mentor them throughout their learning process. The expectation is that by the end of the apprenticeship, they will be proficient in completing the same tasks as our mechanical technicians. Mechanical apprentices will work alongside trained and qualified HVAC mechanics, electricians, and plumbers to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and equipment. Specifically, HVAC apprentices will be trained in all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation. Plumbers will focus on cutting and repairing piping, and assessing and repairing drains and drainage systems. Electrical apprentices will gain knowledge in electrical safety, electrical distribution, and all electrical systems.

Requirements

Ability to perform tasks while adhering to all safety protocols.
Must hold or have the ability to obtain a CER (Casino Employee Registration) issued by the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Responsibilities
