This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. The Nestlé Pizza division in Little Chute, WI is hiring a Facilities and Grounds Tech for their 1st shift team. This role is crucial for maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of the facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and select appropriate paints to ensure high-quality results in industrial painting.
- Perform essential maintenance on equipment related to building and grounds upkeep.
- Manage snow removal during winter months, ensuring safe environments for everyone.
