This position is for a Building and Grounds Specialist on the 1st shift team within the Nestle Pizza division located in Little Chute, WI. As a Facilities and Grounds Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of our facilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces and select appropriate paints to ensure high-quality results in industrial painting.
Perform essential maintenance on equipment related to building and grounds upkeep.
Manage snow removal during winter months, ensuring safe environments for everyone.
