About The Position

Maxwell Mansion, a boutique hotel and event venue in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is currently hiring for a part-time grounds and facilities team member. This role will work 32-40 doing our peak season and 16-32 hours during the winter season. Join our team of talented staff and be a part of the most unique and exciting location in Lake Geneva! We are a 28-room upscale boutique hotel with two incredible and unique bars and lounges. In this role, you will be responsible for helping with various aspects of the property by ensuring the grounds, pool, and facility are always at their best for our guests. You will assist with projects and routine tasks throughout the property, including landscaping, planting, watering flowers, assisting with maintaining and testing our outdoor pool, seasonal duties such as snow/ice removal, flood cleanup, general room maintenance, and event setup and take-down. This position involves working both independently and with others to complete tasks.

Requirements

Must be available to work nights and weekends
Occasionally be on call overnight for emergencies
Able to lift more than 50 lbs
Constantly be on your feet
Able to work alone
Work in all weather conditions
Be a step ahead of your managers' and guests' needs
Must have a valid US driver's license
Must have consistent and reliable transportation available to get to and from shifts as required
