About The Position

The Facilities Administrator reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Operations Leadership Team to coordinate and oversee projects that support Tampa Family Health Centers’ operational goals. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects focused on process improvements, efficiency gains, system upgrades, and organizational growth. The Facilities Administrator coordinates internal and external resources, monitors project timelines and budgets, addresses project obstacles, and helps ensure projects are completed according to established quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in a technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing projects.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Operations Leadership Team to establish and coordinate projects that support organizational growth.
  • Develop project plans, identify tasks and required resources, establish ownership, and monitor timelines to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage internal and external projects, including initiatives involving suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources throughout project planning and execution.
  • Proactively identify and remove project obstacles, manage issue escalations, and support teams in balancing competing priorities.
  • Drive improvements to project management processes, tools, and templates to strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Prepare timely project status reports and program summaries, including updates regarding scope, schedules, quality risks, resource allocation, project status, and customer impact.
  • Identify, track, and manage costs associated with project budgets.
