About The Position

This role supports the facilities department by providing administrative assistance. The position requires a helpful and respectful approach to customer service, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. A valid driver's license is also necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of full-time, professional work experience
  • Experience serving customers with a helpful manner and respectfully striving to find acceptable solutions when issues arise
  • Experience successfully collaborating with co-workers to ensure that a team or department is well represented and builds trust and respect with customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite of products
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Fluency or competency in a language other than English
  • Ability to manage timelines in a budget-conscious environment
