About The Position

This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the facilities department and management. Key duties include managing employee badges, data entry for labor tracking, handling purchase orders, providing administrative support for presentations and projects, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and receiving/distributing packages.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications
  • Accurate typing skills (35 wpm minimum)
  • High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Issue and maintain employee badges.
  • Enter and correct data for the labor tracking program.
  • Submit general clerical and purchase order requisitions.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including creating spreadsheets and presentations, and assisting with special projects.
  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately.
  • Monitor office supply inventories and place orders.
  • Accept and sign for packages and registered mail, and notify recipients.
  • Assist departments or managers as requested or assigned.
