About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a HyTech Facilitator to support students during live, interactive virtual therapy sessions in a school-based setting in Rumford, Maine. The facilitator serves as a welcoming, supportive presence in the room, helping students connect with licensed therapists and educators and ensuring sessions run smoothly. The role does not involve planning lessons, delivering therapy, or leading classroom instruction. It is full-time, five days per week, with an immediate start indicated. Compensation is based on experience. Benefits may be available subject to plan and employment requirements.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and helping others.
• Comfort using computers, Zoom, or other video technology.
• Be patient, organized, dependable, and encouraging.
• Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Be able to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.
• Have CHRC clearance or be willing to obtain it.
• No teaching degree or therapy certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children.
• Experience in a school, childcare, education, or student support setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students during scheduled virtual therapy sessions.
• Set up computers, video calls, and audio equipment.
• Help students connect to and remain engaged in sessions.
• Escort students to and from sessions as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes and student absences to providers.
• Troubleshoot simple technology issues.
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and Boothby's therapy team.
