This position works directly with the Assistant Superintendent of School Improvement and district leaders to conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and determine school improvement priorities to increase student achievement. The role supports principals and school leadership teams in developing, implementing, and monitoring Comprehensive School Improvement Plans (CSIPs) and Title I Federal budgets. It provides differentiated, job-embedded support to federally identified schools (CSI, ATS!, TSI) aligned to the district's Aligned Support Framework and tiered system of support. The Facilitator conducts instructional walkthroughs, provides feedback to school leaders, and facilitates collaborative planning structures and professional learning experiences. This role monitors the implementation and impact of school improvement strategies, collaborates with cross-divisional teams, and serves as a liaison between schools and district departments. Maintaining accurate documentation of support, ensuring compliance with Title I requirements, and communicating with stakeholders are key responsibilities. This position is funded annually through Title I federal funds and is contingent upon the availability of such funds. All responsibilities must align with federal requirements by providing supplemental services aligned to student academic achievement and whole child supports, in accordance with Title I guidelines.
