About The Position

The Fabricator operates a band saw and other saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation. This safety-sensitive role is based in a fast-paced production environment and involves meeting daily production goals while maintaining product quality, safe work practices, and good housekeeping. Local travel is required, with less than 10% of travel expected.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certified.
• Able to be medically certified to wear a respirator, if required.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Able to meet the role's physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and using hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and/or training in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills.
